  • Our assessment does not guarantee visa approval or eligibility outcomes.

4. Eligibility to Use the Service

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during the test.
  • You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Digital Product & Payment

The visa eligibility result is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

By completing the payment, you agree that the Service begins immediately.

6. No Refund Policy

Because the Service is a digital product delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you consent to the immediate provision of the Service and waive your right of withdrawal under EU law.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate data.
  • You acknowledge that incorrect or incomplete inputs may affect your assessment.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation.

8. AI-Generated Content

Your assessment may include explanations generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is created based on your inputs and structured rules but may contain limitations or inaccuracies. You agree that such content is for informational purposes only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, design, branding, algorithms, and data structures of GoGermany are protected by copyright and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineering or scraping the Service
  • Unauthorized data extraction or duplication
  • Sharing purchased content publicly or reselling access
  • Submitting false or fraudulent data

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability
